All my tutus are hand crafted and designed. Waist bands all have adjustable ties at the back to ensure ease and comfort for the princess wearing them. All tutus with strips of tulle are sewn together at the top so that they lay well and don't pull from waist bands. Tulle for all skirts is made in America to ensure quality standards.
